If you are planning a research project (e.g. clinical studies or surveys) with data that requires pseudonymization or anonymization or you have questions about broad consent, we will be happy to offer our support.

Our areas of responsibility include:

• Pseudonymization/Anonymization
• Re-identification of pseudonymized data, for example if patients and test subjects withdraw their consent (provided that the data were initially pseudonymized by this Data Trust)
• Administration of pseudonymization keys
• Elimination of duplicates and record linkage
• Safekeeping and verification of declarations of consent from patients/test subjects
• Broad consent
